1. How do I make a purchase?
To shop online, you need to add each of the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. To make a payment, you must fill in the form with all of the requested information. Follow the on-screen instructions and we're sure that you'll have no problem at all in making your purchase.
2. I'm a club member and/or FAN ARMERO, how do I receive from the 8% discount that I'm entitled to?
To receive the 8% discount all you have to do is register at the top of the screen.
If you're a club member, your username is a five-figure number which consists of your club member number preceded by zeros. For example, if your club member number is the number 1, your username is 00001. Your password is the last four digits of your DNI (Spanish National Identification card).
If you're an ARMERO FAN, your username is the letter F followed by five digits consisting of your fan number preceded by zeros. For example, if your fan number is the number 1, your username is F00001. Your password is the last four digits of the DNI or passport that you provided us with..

4. What are the delivery costs?
The prices featured on www.eibarstore.com don't include delivery costs for any destination. As you proceed with your purchase you will be notified as to the delivery costs for your particular destination. The delivery costs are as follows:
- Mainland Spain: €6.50
- The Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €12
- Europe: €25
- Rest of the world: €36
- Free delivery on orders over €99 throughout mainland Spain
5. How long does delivery take?
Orders within mainland Spain are delivered within 1-4 working days upon confirmation of the order and delivery to destinations throughout the rest of the world takes up to 15 working days, not including the period of time that the order may be held in customs. The customer should bear in mind that if the order contains a personalised product, it will take 4-8 days longer than the quoted delivery times.
6. What happens if I'm not at home when my order is delivered?
Don't worry, the courier company will try to deliver your order more than once. In any event, if the recipient is not at home, a note will be left with instructions on how to arrange for the order to be delivered as soon as possible. The recipient also has the option of collecting the order from the courier company's delivery office during their ample opening hours.
7. Size changes. Once I've received the product, can I exchange it for a different size?
Clothing or shoes can be exchanged for different sizes, as long as this is within seven days of receipt and the products are in good condition, are unused and carry their labels and come with their original box and packaging. The documentation from the courier firm will be accepted as proof of the date of receipt. An exception to this relates to any products which have been tailor-made to meet the client's specification or are clearly personalised products.
The cost of returning the product will be assumed by the client and the delivery costs of the new products will be covered by SD EIBAR.
8. Returns. Once I've received my order, can I return it?
In the event that the product isn't in conformity with the contract and/or the product specifications, the client has a two-year window in which to exercise their warranty rights, as specified in the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 16 November, by which the revised text for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other related provisions was approved.
Furthermore, the customer has a window of seven days upon receipt to rescind the contract and return the purchase. The documentation from the courier firm will be accepted as proof of the date of receipt.
In such instances, SD Eibar will reimburse customers for the cost of their purchase by the same means that payment was made.
An exception to this relates to any products which have been tailor-made to meet the client's specification or are clearly personalised products.
Returns will not be accepted on products which aren't in good condition, are used and aren't returned with their labels, the original box and packaging.
The cost of returning the product will be covered by SD EIBAR.
9. What happens if the item I want is out of stock?
If the item that you wish to purchase is not in stock, you will be unable to place an order, given that the items featured on www.eibarstore.com are all in stock and are available for immediate dispatch.
10. Can I use the online store to send gifts to others?
Yes, of course. You just need to input the right delivery address when submitting your order and that's all there is to you, it's that simple.
